Description
Electric Hot Food Merchandiser features toughened glass of sides and door and stainless steel bottom. With a thermostat control, the temperature can be adjusted anywhere from 30°C to 85°C. It is designed with a water reservoir at the bottom which can add humidity when needed. The inside chamber can fit GN 1/1 pan or grid.
